Marco has been doing very well and we are enjoying the summer and being out of the house more. He is loving to feed himself with a fork and spoon. He is loving maccaroni and cheese, pasta, ravioli, and all his other veggies and fruits and yogurt. We hope this will keep going because we know he can and we know he can gain weight well. He is little peanut and especially for a 16 month old, but he is developing right where he should and if it wasn't for not walking yet you wouldn't know anything is different. Hey there are many kids that aren't walking at his age and HE will do it we know that. There is no reason to pressure children and as a child psychologist and now mommy I know that all we can do is give him all the opportunities possible and keep his happy and healthy and the rest will fall into place. God has been with us throughout this journey and we know he will keep guiding and protecting Marco and our family.
Marco is saying lots of sounds, words, and understanding so much and even two step commands now!!! He is starting to pretend by holding the telephone and saying "dada", he likes to rock and hug his stuffed animals and is now giving them his sippy cup. He does vrrmmm when pushing a car while crawling. He has a couple of signs and is communicating with us well!
